Cancellation Policy Terms and Conditions.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Cancellations more than 14 days ahead receive a full refund less a $20 fee or 2% of the total to cover cc charges. If you cancel within 14 days of your stay we will try to re-book the cottage. If this is not possible your deposit may be forfeited.

If you cancel within 7 days you may be charged 100%.

The balance of your payment will be charged to your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival.

Where your use of the property results in damage requiring replacement, repair or unscheduled maintenance you will be liable for costs incurred. Charges may be made to your credit account.
